Ages: 7 –9yrs, and 10-13yrs, Time per class: 1 hour, 30 minutes Maximum # of students per class: 6
This is a great opportunity for young children to learn how to turn wood on a lathe as well as use woodturning tools. The children will learn the safety of the tools and lathe as well as learn how to work with the lathe to produce small projects to take home. Each student will have their own tools and lathe with individual attention and plenty of time to work with several projects. These classes will be exciting and rewarding for all.
One Day Seminars: There will be a series of three classes. Each child can sign up for all three classes or choose one they would prefer to do.
